I really want to try birch box but is it worth it?? will it always stay $10 a month? where do i fill out my personal profile?
“They already raised it, stopped points for reviews on your products you receive, and they are dollar sized products.. Their ads sucked me in, as they did alot of people who are now stuck. And customer service could be a little more professional and atleast act like they care about their customers.”

How do i cancel my subscription to birchbox? i had a one year subscription and sent email to birchbox canceling that subscription. no response. now in my 2nd year with birchbox, have again sent an email canceling and, again, no response. really annoying. thanks for your help. camille manning

Where is my gift to my granddaughter that i odered on 12-22-16 with guaranteed delivery on 12/27. today is 01-06-2017 and no signs of answers from them when it will be delivered.
“Sadly, I've been looking at the reviews of all the big subscription boxes, hoping to find one that's worth the slightest amount of money. Looking at the reviews, it looks like the boxes usually don't come in! I hope this is a different situation, but from what I've seen, It's a rip-off. Even though I've seen comments saying they don't come in, I've seen ones that say if you look at the website, there's an email that sometimes works (Even though I've seen comments that say that it doesn't). Maybe you can try a different company, like ipsy (Even though you should probably read the reviews first before having the chance to get scammed). Hope this can help.”
